Mission Possible
offers out of school educational and cultural enrichment for children ages 5-12 living in Potomac Gardens Public Housing Community. This program, focused on youth empowerment, serves 15-25 students living in Potomac Gardens.

The services...

Offers after-school tutoring to enrich and enhance the student's academic experience.

Provides a warm meal to students after school. This meal may be the only meal that some of the youth receive in the evenings.

Opportunities to explore the city though field trips. Students are taken on educational trips to broaden their educational horizons.

Special programs expose the children to a variety of topics. In the past, the students have participated in workshops including dance and art. These programs help the students as they explore their passions and experience learning outside of the traditional classroom setting.

Mentoring programs help forge relationships between the students and adults from the Capitol Hill community.
